Terms of Service
By using Registered Achievement you agree to these terms.
The service
Registered Achievement is an independent digital registry for personal achievements. Registration confirms that an achievement has been recorded with Registered Achievement. It does not constitute government, academic, professional or legal certification, and we do not independently verify the underlying claim unless explicitly stated.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you write. By registering an achievement publicly you grant us permission to display it in the registry, in certificates and in share cards. You confirm you have the right to register the achievement, including when you register it on behalf of someone else.
Registration numbers
Registration numbers are permanent and are never reissued. A registration may be hidden or removed if it breaches our Content Policy; the number remains retired.
Corrections
You may correct wording and change privacy at any time. Substantive edits are recorded in an audit trail. The fundamental achievement cannot be silently replaced with a different one.
Payments
Registration is free. Where a paid digital certificate is offered, it is a one-time purchase processed by our payment provider. Certificates issued free during the Founding Achievement period remain free.
Liability
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the registry.
